Seed - The SEED is the word of God - Luke 8:11. This means that the SEED which God uses [to bring forth children of God] is His word, His word and ONLY His word, NOT some human doctrine. (Eph 6:17, Gal 3:24-27, Rom 6:3-5, 1 Pet 1:22-25). The SEED is the word of God, the SOIL is the Human Heart [the mind], the PLANT which results from that particular SEED falling into GOOD SOIL [a good and honest heart - Lk 8:15] is the child of God. A member of God's family, the church (1 Tim 3:14-15). When Catholic SEED [doctrine] is planted in a soil [human mind], which allows it to germinate and grow into a plant [that is when a human mind accepts and obeys Catholic doctrine], then the result is a member of the Catholic religion, NOT a member of the church in which Jesus built.

And so on and so on one could go with EVERY denomination on earth. Obeying Catholic or denominational doctrine simply does NOT result in ones' becoming a member of the church which Jesus built.

Every person can rejoice to know that whenever God's SEED [that is His word - the gospel of Jesus Christ - Rom 1:16-17, Lk 8:11] is PLANTED in a human mind which BELIEVES and OBEYS it, the result is ALWAYS the same: a child of God (Gal 3:26-27), a member of the ONE BODY, the CHURCH. (1 Cor 12:13, Eph 1:22-23, Col 1:18).

The SEED of God brings forth CHILDREN OF GOD, NOT the devil. The SEED of the devil [any doctrine other than the GOSPEL of Christ] NEVER brings forth a child of God!!!

This simply means that OBEYING such doctrines as Catholic or denominational doctrine will NEVER make one a member of the Lord's church. Each person should OBEY THE GOSPEL. (Acts 2:36-41). One can be certain that having OBEYED Jesus Christ by being BAPTIZED IN HIS NAME for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38), the Lord will have ADDED him to the church for which He died. (Acts 2:47). It is in obedience to the FAITH (the gospel) that one BECOMES a child of the Lord's one true church. (Gal 3:23-27).

There are only a FEW who will be saved. Go back and re-read Luke 13:23-24 and Matthew 7:13-14 - Note the phrase [few who find it].
