Joseph Smith prophesied: Civil war that is war shall be poured out upon all nations – Doctrine & Covenants – it wasn’t. On Feb 4, 1835 he foretold concerning the coming of the Lord that 56 years should wind up the scene – B.H. Roberts, History of the Church II Pg 182 – it didn’t. Mormon Temple built in Independence, MO – Doctrine & Covenants 57:1-3 – failed. One wife – Jacob 2:27, 3:5, 1:15, 2:23-24, Mosiah 11:2; rural marriage? Doctrine & Covenants 132:3-4.
Mormonism asserts the church “ceased to exist”. God says: Dan 2:44; Eph 3:31; Heb 12:28; Lk 8:11; Rev 14:6; 1 Pet 1:25; 1 Tim 4:1; Rev 12:6.
